HUNTINGTON, Ind. (FDN) — Cooler than average temperatures didn’t stop the Huntington University Student Activities Board (SAB) from serving up the annual sand volleyball tournament.

On September 9, 2018 almost a dozen teams of six to eight students competed in the event. Some had coordinating uniforms and had to huddle together to stay warm through unseasonably weather. Even through the cold weather, it still had an amazing turn out and brought people closer together.

At the end of the day the team Fruitopia won the championship which gives them bragging rights and their picture on the SAB hall of fame in the HUB.
